Calling all LEGO enthusiasts! Drop-in weekly on Thursday afternoons to build LEGOS free style or take us up on a LEGO challenge! 

Join us for a special program "Marooned Without A Compass". Can we survive all the trials we face as we are marooned on an island in the middle of the ocean? What equipment or tools do we have to work with in order to survive.

Emotions are hard to feel, and sometimes even harder to convey in words. Attend a workshop where you are guided through how to show emotions in your writing. You will be given tips, and then asked to write a small piece. Registration is required.

Metaphors are such a part of our lives; we often do not even realize that a metaphor is being said. However, music relies heavily on metaphor in its titles and its lyrics.

Bring your family to a fun and engaging storytime at the library. All ages welcome. No registration required.

Ever wanted to create an artful masterpiece, but don't have the time or space to paint a huge canvas? No worries! Now you can paint your own mini canvas at the library!

Using socks and rice, we're going to make adorable decorative turkeys as part of the Thanksgiving season. Ages 6 to 12. Please register.

Play is an important part of child development. We'll be hosting a playgroup for children ages 0 to 5 and their caregivers most Mondays. Come meet other parents in the community and find friends for your little ones! Free.

 Join the Windsor Public Library for Toddler Time, an early literacy storytime for ages 2-4 on select Tuesdays. We will share stories, songs, rhymes, and early literacy tips for caregivers.

Talk to an expert who can provide information and support for basic needs on the first Tuesday of every month. Meet one of Windsor Social Service's friendly and knowledgeable caseworkers at the Main Library.

It's that time of year again!  Join us for our annual children and adult Gingerbread building event. Create your own house or tower or whatever you like and take it home to use as a decoration.

Babies love books! This program uses fingerplays, songs, action rhymes, and books to promote the development of early literacy skills. For babies 6 months old to 24 months old and their caregiver.

We know early dismissal days can be boring, so we thought we'd give everyone something to do! Come on early dismissal days or days off for a special surprise activity. For ages 4 - 13. No registration needed!

This themed storytime will explore engaging topics for preschool children through stories, songs, and rhymes. A craft or STEM activity will follow. 

Today is Bathtub Party Storytime. Let's have some fun reading bathtub stories like "To Bathe A Boa" and many others, jokes, riddles, activities and crafts are all part of this storytime. Please register for this free program
