Join us at the Windsor Public Library for our monthly “What is Art?” We welcome school age children 6-11 years old from 6:00-7:00pm. Each session we will be learning about different artists, art style and mediums used. This month is about famous puppeteers, how puppets are made, and creating your own puppet.  Then it is time to create our own masterpieces.  Free. Registration is required.
