“We’re back! Join us at the Windsor Public Library for our monthly “What is Art?”, formerly Art Afternoon. We again welcome school age children 6-11 years old from 4:00-5:00pm. Each session we will be learning about different artists, art style and mediums used. This month is about the sculptor Alexander Calder. Then it is time to create our own masterpieces.
