Join the Windsor Public Library for Toddler Time, an early literacy storytime for ages 2 to 4 and caregivers, from 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM. Each week we will share stories, songs, rhymes, and early literacy tips for caregivers. Registration needed. Free. 860-285-1914.
