Join the Windsor Public Library for Book Babies, an early literacy storytime for babies 16 months and under and their caregivers on Fridays through December 23 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM. Enjoy developmentally appropriate stories, songs, and rhymes. Free. Registration needed.
