Play is an important part of child development. We'll be hosting a playgroup for children ages 0 to 5 and their caregivers most Mondays. Come meet other parents in the community and find friends for your little ones! Free.

Join the Windsor Public Library for Toddler Time, an early literacy storytime for ages 2-4 on select Tuesdays. We will share stories, songs, rhymes, and early literacy tips for caregivers.

This is our last Young Explorers program, at the Windsor Public Library until the Fall. This is our fun STEAM and adventure program. We travel to different countries and many U.S.

Babies love books! This program uses fingerplays, songs, action rhymes, and books to promote the development of early literacy skills. For babies 6 months old to 24 months old and their caregiver.

Local artist Alanah Westcott will help us create beautiful, everlasting blooms out of crepe paper to give as a gift or keep for ourselves. Seating is limited, registration required. Sponsored by WLA. 

Join us select Tuesdays in March, April and May for an afternoon of crafting! Each week, we will do a different craft. Prepare to bring your creativity! Registration is required for each session.

Talk to an expert who can provide information and support for basic needs on the first Tuesday of every month. Meet one of Windsor Social Service's friendly and knowledgeable caseworkers at the Main Library.

The Library Geeks continue to answer any and all gadget related queries. Drop in to Meeting Room 2 on the lower level. Bring your device and your questions, as always the advice is free.

Join our Afternoon Book Club for a lively discussion of The Anxious Generation by Jonathan Haidt. Discussions are held on the second Thursday of every month from 2:00 to 3:00 PM in Meeting Room 1.

We may be a couple of days late, but that doesn't mean we can't celebrate! Come bask in some Star Wars glory while we make Porg nesting dolls to take home. All ages welcome, but recommended for ages 5 and up.

Pamela Gray from Winter Bee Garden in Ledyard will conduct a workshop on how to create the perfect arrangement of spring flowers. Participants learn the five elements in creating a stunning market bouquet, then build their own arrangements.

April Showers brought May flowers and now you get to use them in a craft! Join us for a springtime project creating one of a kind jar lanterns using an assortment of pressed flowers. 

At Silent Book Club, there's no assigned reading. All teen and adult readers are welcome and it's BYOBook (or browse the Windsor Public Library shelves!). Settle in for about 45 minutes of silent, sustained reading.

Bring your project, hooks and yarn, and join us to crochet together. Perfect for new or experienced stitchers. Hosted by IT Librarian Denise Ricotta, who has been crocheting since the 80's! Drop in, no registration required.
