Yoga Storytime is a fun way for children to bring stories to life using their body, mind, and breathe as well as learn mindful practices that they can use in their daily lives. Recommended for ages 3 and up.

Celebrate Shark Week with this jaw-some and tasty shark-cuterie activity. We will make and design out own shark themed charcuterie boards while we learn some fin-tastic facts. This is an all ages family event. No registration required.
