Event Details
Join our friends from Interval House as they present a workshop on friendship. Teens will participate in a creative activity inspired by Wicked, which explores friendship, identity, and the power of standing up for what is right. During this session, teens create friendship bracelets while reflecting on the evolving friendship between Elphaba and Glinda, and how kindness, understanding, and acceptance can shape meaningful relationships.
Through guided conversation, participants explore how small acts of kindness, empathy, and inclusion can make a powerful difference in their own communities. Teens are encouraged to exchange bracelets as a symbol of friendship and a reminder that everyone has the power to choose kindness.
Please call the Reference Desk with any questions at 860-285-1918.
Registration is required. Registration will open on April 21 at 10:00AM.
