The program will take place in Meeting Room 1 due to the excessive heat. We thank everyone for their flexibility.

The Windsor Public Library would like to welcome you to participate in Jill Patterson, RDN's Walk & Tone on the River Trail on Thursday, September 7 from 12:00 to 1:00 PM.  In this class, participants will tone up, release tension from their bodies, boost their immune system, speed up their metabolism, connect with others, enjoy the outdoors, and feel their best!  Comfortable clothing and sneakers are recommended. Optional to bring water bottle and mesh/sport bag. We will begin this program at the library and move to the River Trail. In the event of rain, we will still hold this program inside at the library as Indoor Walk & Tone! Registration Required. Free. 860-285-1918.
