Event Details

Come create something new at the Windsor Public Library’s program Upcycling Artists on Wednesday from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Children will find creative ways to turn “trash” into treasure and learn how they can help the environment. Ages 6-12. Free. Registration needed.
