Poetry Workshop with Eileen Albrizio

Join prize-winning poet Eileen Albrizio for a one-hour workshop, where she will show through example the basic elements of writing a great poem. She will share some favorite poems that she has written and then demonstrate the process she used to create that small slice of life. Whether an established poet or someone who always wanted to write a poem but didn’t know where to start, this friendly, fun workshop will be a joy to attend. Questions and comments are encouraged and there will also be an opportunity for participants to showcase their work at the open mic following the workshop.
