Windsor Public Library is celebrating our annual Talk Like a Pirate Day with a special storytime from 10:30 am -11:15 am for ages 2-5 and their care-giver. Wear your pirate or princess costume. Stories, jokes, games and crafts are part of this program! Free. Registration is required. 860-285-1914
