Metaphor In Songwriting

Metaphors are such a part of our lives; we often do not even realize that a metaphor is being said. However, music relies heavily on metaphor in its titles and its lyrics. In this writing class, we will go over some famous examples of what is being said by not being said in some popular songs. Participants will then try to write their own song.
