Join us for a fun flower arrangement workshop with the Windsor Garden Club. Participants will create a beautiful bouquet of both store bought and homegrown (from the library's garden) flowers.  Registration required. Seating is limited. Sponsored by the Windsor Library Association. Special thanks to the Windsor Garden Club. Attended before? We’d love to give someone new a chance—thanks for sitting this one out!
