Join award-winning filmmaker and health educator Anthony Carter for a powerful conversation on Black men’s health, stress, and community strength at the Windsor Public Library. Through film, storytelling, and interactive discussion,           participants will explore how daily pressures impact physical health — and learn practical tools to begin reversing           hypertension using stress elimination and whole-food nutrition.

This session is designed to meet people exactly where they are, offering hope, clarity, and immediate next steps toward healthier living. This conversation will happen on Wednesday, March 4 at 6:30 PM.
