Sports Medicine Acupuncture Specialist Carrie Sawtell, L.Ac. will guide you through easy exercises to help bring your body back into balance at the Windsor Public Library on Monday, January 26 at 6:30 PM. Helpful for those of all ages, at any   fitness level. Registration is required. Registration opens December 1. Please call the Reference Desk at 860-285-1918 with any questions you may have.
