Join the Windsor Public Library in welcoming Jolyn for a program that will celebrate Black History Month. Jolyn Walker, a native New Yorker, lives with African dance as a way of life and she loves sharing to all who will join her presentations. We hope folks of all ages will come to this exciting program. Registration appreciated. Doors open at 4:15 PM.
