Today is a special storytime as we celebrate “World Otter Day’. Please join us in Kidspace at the Windsor Public Library for ages 2-5 years old along with their caregiver from 10:30-11:15am. Stories, jokes, poems, songs and crafts are all part of this program. Free. Registration is needed.
