The Windsor Public Library will be hosting A Very Hogwarts Halloween. We’ll be making wands, enjoying some magical snacks, and watching Harry Potter in the Great Hall. Ages 6 to 15 are welcome to join. 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Free. Registration required. 860-285-1914
