Join Windsor Public Library for Toddler Time, an early literacy storytime for ages 2-4 and caregivers, from 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM on Tuesday. We will share stories, songs, rhymes, and early literacy tips for caregivers. Registration needed. Free.
