Over one hundred and seventy Connecticut libraries will participate in the Connecticut Library Association’s Passport to Connecticut Libraries Program. The Passport to Connecticut Libraries Program invites you to visit all of the participating Connecticut public libraries. Take the opportunity to explore each library’s architecture, ambiance and collection. The program is open to adults and children, encouraging you to explore the many different libraries in Connecticut.
HOW IT WORKS:
- Visit the Windsor Public Library or Wilson Branch to pick up your Passport between April 1 and April 30, 2026.
- We will stamp the Passport to get you started (You will also receive a free gift*).
- Visit at least five (5) participating libraries and return your passport by May 11, to be entered into six state-wide drawings for a chance to win a $200 Visa gift card.
- Visits must occur between April 1 and April 30. This is a statewide contest where six winners will be selected: adult who visited the most libraries, child under 18 who visited the most libraries, adult who visited more than 25 libraries, child under 18 who visited more than 25 libraries, adult who visited more than five libraries, and child under 18 who visited more than five libraries.
- Passports must be turned in to be entered into the prize drawing. Passports need to be turned in by Monday, May 11. If you’d like to keep your passport, you’re welcome to submit a copy.
- *Passport to CT Libraries Participants who visit Windsor Public Library and/or Wilson Branch Library will receive a small token of appreciation.
