Join the Windsor Public Library and historian Mary Mahoney for Healing with Books: Stories of the Uses of Books as Medicine on Monday, January 23 from 6:30 to 8:00 PM.  At this program, historian Mary Mahoney will give a talk on bibliotherapy, or the use of books as medicine. Have you ever turned to a book for consolation? Treasured the escape of a comic book? This talk will explain the many uses of books as medicine in our world today and its history. This will be a hybrid program at the Main Library with the speaker on Zoom. Participants can either join us in person at the library or login from home using Zoom. Registration is required.
