Event Details

Join the Connecticut Valley Tobacco Museum (CVTM) in celebrating Black Heritage with a midday mixer, film screening, and live interview. 

From 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM we'll get a sneak peak of "Stepping into the Shade," a captivating exploration of tobacco labor created by Eastern Connecticut State University's theater department.

From 2:00 - 3:00 PM we'll watch a live interview with former Tobacco Workers and get a sneak peek of CVTM's new HBCU Tobacco Student Laborer exhibit.
