POSTPONED UNTIL MAY 7TH

To celebrate Earth Day, we'll be making no-sew Boomerang Bags. Honoring the Aboriginal Peoples of Australia, Boomerang Bags are made from scrap and recycled fabrics to reduce the usage of new materials. Just like a boomerang comes back to you, these materials can be used again and again to make totes to carry all of your library books in. You can bring your own materials (shirts, blankets, etc.) or use some of ours! All ages are encouraged to come.

ADULTS: If you know how to sew, we will have sewing patterns and a Boomerang Bags label for you to use on our Makerspace Mezzanine sewing machine!
