Sports Medicine Acupuncture Specialist Carrie Sawtell, L.Ac. will guide you through easy exercises to help bring your body into alignment at the Windsor Public Library on Monday, October 28 at 6:30 PM. Exercises will focus on the head and shoulder, upper back, low back, and hips to help reduce headaches, neck and shoulder pain, back pain and sciatica.  She will explain the acupuncture channels which support the muscles in these areas, and demonstrate points that you can press yourself to enhance the exercises. Helpful for those of all ages, at any fitness level. Please call the Reference Desk with any questions you may have.
